This set of releases includes the Bicep, Triceps, and Forearm Releases that when combined can improve mobility in the arms for improving upper body movements and sports skills such as throwing, swinging, or serving. Developing strength and power for many fitness activities and sports movements can be negatively affected by holding tension in the arms. This is good for warm-up, movement preparation, and recovery strategies for injury protection.

Tip: 

  • Adjust the height of the anchor point and angle of MOBO to find the pressure needed with the rollers. 

Attention: 

  • Adjust the angle of MOBO or your body to avoid the anchor slipping off the surface.
  • Discontinue if there is sharp, shooting, or radiating pain.
