Increases soft tissue mobility and releases tension on the back of the hip to improve hip mobility, leg motion, and your pelvic position. This improves mobility for lower body movements and sports actions such as running, changing direction, or lower body exercises. This is also great to improve recovery after challenging activities or using your lower body in exercise training.
Please watch the video for instructions to perform this MOBO release.
Tips:
- You may want to find areas of muscle/tendon near this location. Simply move the end of the MOBO slightly left or right to find additional areas for release.
Attention:
- Avoid placing the end of MOBO close to or directly on the tailbone (sacrum) or the hip bone (greater trochanter).
- Discontinue if there is sharp, shooting, or radiating pain.
