The Calf Release using the Anchor and Roll technique is uniquely effective at soft tissue release based on MOBO’s design. It can reduce tension on the back of the lower leg and improve mobility of the ankle and knee. It is good for a warm-up or movement prep before running, exercise, or sport. Also, improves recovery and soreness on the back of the lower leg following training or activity.

- Avoid rolling over any bony areas such as your ankle bone.
- Discontinue if there is sharp, shooting, or radiating pain.
