This soft tissue release uses the Anchor and Roll technique that is uniquely effective based on MOBO’s design. It can reduce tension on the outside of the lower leg and improve mobility of the ankle and knee. It is good for a warm-up or movement prep before running, exercise, or sport. Also, improves recovery and soreness following running, workouts, or daily activities.

- You can perform the anchor and roll, then if you find any sensitive areas that need more attention you can use short, quick movements followed by longer movements for a deeper release.
- You may need to extend the knee to lower the leg. This may give the rollers better contact and pressure into the muscle area.
- Avoid rolling over any bony areas such as your ankle bone.
- Discontinue if there is sharp, shooting, or radiating pain.
