Chest Release - Cross Friction

This soft tissue release combines a point of compression and with a cross fiber massaging movement to provide a deeper release in the chest muscle area. MOBO’s ability to anchor securely to a stable surface frees your hand to grasp the bar and apply massaging movements that separate myofascial layers and increase blood flow. This releases tension on the front of the upper body and shoulder for warm-up or movement preparation before upper body exercise or sports movements.  


Tips: 

  • Adjust your feet under your body to find a position that is balanced and stable. 
  • You may adjust the position of MOBO on the chest muscle to find further points of release and repeat as instructed in the video.  

Attention: 

  • Avoid pressing into the armpit area or sensitive breast tissue.
  • Discontinue if there is any sharp or radiating pain.
