This soft tissue release takes advantage of the adjustable rollers on the MOBO to provide better leverage and pressure when rolling the thick connective tissue of the IT Band. Rolling this area helps maintain healthy tissue, encourages blood flow, and releases tension that could negatively impact lower body positions and movements.

Tips:
- As you roll the IT Band area, if you feel areas of concentrated tension you may use shorter repeated rolls to further release tension in that area.
Attention:
- Avoid pressing or rolling with excessive pressure that causes extreme discomfort or pain along the IT Band Area.
- Avoid allowing a roller to make contact with the bony part of your hip joint.
- Discontinue if there is sharp, shooting, or radiating pain.
